Cleanliness & behaviour of staff.
When I reserved a hotel for 2 persons including breakfast they said breakfast only 1 person for other person needs to pay then the hotel manager asked the cafeteria to provide for 2 but they bring sandwiches with water. No tea,coffee or juice. This has to be taken care of by hotel management to instruct the staff.

Clean and comfortable, good location, nice staff (Ibrahim for example)
Rooms are not prepared for two people in terms of towels, check in a bit chaotic, we were let into the rooms without key cards to speed up the registration process, appreciated but a bit cumbersome since no one provided us with the key cards afterwards without asking
