Room rather big, with a separate rooms for.bed and for the TV, which I find very convenient.
The view was over a silent Street and parking lot but at least unobstructed by other houses or walls.
Free parking in front.
Good WiFi!
The power sockets in a bit inconvenient places.
The staff spoke a basic English but not very fluent, keep smartphone with the translator nearby!.
Also, the final price was higher than on booking, and they "forgot" to give the change even after multiple reminders.

Arabic coffee availability.
Carpet is not clean.
All remote controls either missing batteries or outdated.
No hand soap. Only shampoo available and you should use it for everything.
A staff member opened the room while im in and when he noticed my presence he ran away leaving the door open.
