Everything was excellent. The hotel staff deserves special attention. We were late to check into our room, but we were hospitably greeted and offered dinner, although the restaurant was already closing. The weather was cool that day, but the room was prepared and heated. The staff took care of us, knowing that we would be late and tired from the road. The breakfast is excellent, there is enough of everything. We felt like we were visiting friends, not just one night in a hotel.

The hotel is small and cozy, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms feel home-like and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the balconies, which made the stay even more pleasant.
There is no direct reception at this hotel, so check-in is done at the main hotel next door, but it was quick and easy.

Great room and location
The fact that the reception was in a different hotel was not communicated to us. It became some sort of virtual 'Escape room'. the instructions on the door were in German. I have some German but still annoying after a day out. They should tell us where the hotel reception is.

The room was clean. The reception at the time of our arrival
We couldn't sleep. Other guests were throwing a loud party, running up and down the stairs. The receptionist in the morning told us: "yes, many people come here for the party".
Unfortunate, really, as the place and location are quite good.
