De lokatie is mooi met uitzicht op het meer en dichtbij een pier voor de veerdienst naar Belaggio en een bushalte. De boot gaat 2 keer in de ochtend en in de late middag. Een zwemstrandje met kiezels is op korte loopafstand (5 min).
Het appartement is ruim met woon en slaapkamer, ruime badkamer en keuken. Bedden zijn goed. Alles is schoon en er zijn versnaperingen neergelegd (fles wijn, chips, koekjes). In de tuin kun je rustig zitten, ontbijten en van het uitzicht genieten. Host is erg vriendelijk. Parkeerplaats is in een prive garage naast de tuin.
Het geluid van de auto's en motoren op de doorgaande weg naast de villa is soms erg hard, vooral als je in de tuin zit. De supermarkt is in Belaggio of terug in de grotere dorpen, dus neem eten mee. De weg rond het schiereiland is soms smal en bochtig en vergt stuurmanskunst. Revenna en Belaggio zijn prachtig, maar kunnen erg druk zijn in de middag.

Csodálatos hely, szép kilátás. Barátságos vendéglátók. Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman. Tömegközlekedési szempontból nagyon kedvező helyen fekszik. Közel van a hajóállomás, és a buszmegálló. Privát garázs.

1. Access to vegetable garden with fresh tomatoes
2. well stocked kitchen with cooking essentials and cleaning supplies
3. Dishwasher and fridge freezer worked. The fridge stopped working during our stay and they replaced it the same day
4. Bowl of fresh tomatoes and herbs and bottle of wine on our arrival
5. Clean towels and one clean included in our two week stay
6. Beautiful garden with kiwi tree and shaded area and table and chairs with mountain / lake view
7. Spacious bathroom. Could do with more light
8. Garage with easy access
9. Hosts’patents are a lovely couple who live in the flat across. Tried their best to be as accommodating as possible. Especially in the absence of a washing machine, gave us access to theirs.
10. Well located for visits to surrounding areas including Como, Lecco and Bellagio.
1. There is a door marked private in the apartment with slat blinds on a glass window. There is a keyhole looking into our living area. Exceedingly disconcerting.

3. The sofa is very small- can hardly fit two people
4. On top of the main road, so noisy at all times
5. No lake view from the room itself. Obstructed lake view from the front garden
6. No washing machine
7. We were misled by booking .com as to which room we were booking - thought we would be upstairs. Was not until our payment had been taken that it was clarified that we were downstairs. Room is described as having a balcony and washing machine. This must refer to the upstairs room as this not the case in ours.
8. Space is limited. Small bedroom - no space for a closet. Kitchen dining area poorly arranged lack of utilisation of space
9. Walk in closet in bedroom with poorly utilised space.
10. Need a car if want to go anywhere. Nearest supermarket 8 minute drive away.
11. Parking was an extra charge of 7/day- free parking a little walk away and not guaranteed
12. Strange creepy ‘decoration pieces ‘in the corner. First few nights we were worried about surveillance cameras...!
13. Cannot use microwave / kettle/ toaster at same time as only one plug point /adapter
14. Some emails and text messages to the host were not answered. His parents, who lived on site , tried their best.
