The property was clean and really lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The apartment provided practically everything you needed, especially for a longer stay. It was up in the mountains with a beautiful view and was very quiet. The owners were remote, but they were very clear concerning the directions and all the other procedures you needed to follow. The area was lovely and the little town of Civenna was very cute, with a coffee shop, bakery, small grocery store etc. You would absolutely need a car. The apartment was up some very windy roads from Bellagio. On your way up to the apt. on the left hand side there is a small gas station. Next to the station is a restaurant. It is very good and affordable . They serve “breakfast”, lunch and dinner. Dinner between 6-9 pm.
From parking lot, to get to the apartment you have to walk up a slight incline, to 45 pretty steep steps and a then a short walk to the unit. It would be difficult getting heavy luggage up the steps and for the mobility impaired. There was no air conditioning, but 2 fans. It also was a remote check in and although they were VERY attentive, it takes multiple steps to gain entrance etc.
