It was a spacious sort of flat (bathroom downstairs). Basic, but with everything we needed and very clean. Heating worked fine.
Very friendly and efficient staff.
Breakfast was a savoury continental breakfast, more than enough choices for us.
Free parking, but limited spaces (no problem the 1st night, and we found on the road the 2nd night). Within walking distance of the station and the city centre (parking would have been difficult in the city center during the Christmas market).
The water in the shower went from hot to cold and back again.

The check in was very fast and easy. Our room was surprisingly large - very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also large.

Die Zimmer haben eine sehr schöne Größe, das Frühstück war einfach aber zweckmäßig.
Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ließ zu wünschen übrig. Überall Spinnweben und dicker Staub auf den Lampen an der Wand. Die Handtücher im Badezimmer waren verschmutzt. Überall wurde nur notdürftig geflickt, der Abfluss in der Dusche lief schlecht ab. Die Mischerarmatur in der Dusche wurde so heiß, dass man den Warmwasserknopf nur mit dem Handtuch schließen konnte (Verbrühungsgefahr).
