We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Mocca! It was ideal for a peaceful and rejuvenating break, and was especially quiet during the week. We stayed in the king suite with a big terrace and kitchenette which perfectly suited our needs. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and poolside—beautiful views of the mountains and the lush surrounding gardens are quite magical, and a massive silk floss tree edging the property was laden with gorgeous pink flowers which were a magnet for butterflies and all kinds of birds. It's a short walk into the center of town, with a great Cuban restaurant, convenience stores, and sidewalk baked goods for sale en route. Super lovely and helpful staff, and on-site manager Marta was extremely considerate. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was well-equipped, including a sizable filtered water dispenser filled upon request. Hope to return on our next trip to Tepoz/CDMX!
You need to run the shower for 5-10 minutes for the water to heat fully, which is not big deal at all but good to know in advance! The pool is small, more like a dipping pool, but delightful and has a nice ledge you can sit on for sunning with your legs in the water.

Es un hotel bonito y tranquilo, fueron muy accesibles con darnos acceso antes a la habitación. El personal es amable y accesible.
Como áreas de oportunidad considero importante que consideren una alianza con un estacionamiento o valet parking.
También la habitación tiene algunos detalles que podrían mejorar: el clóset estaba roto, no había secadora de cabello, las amenidades de baño son muy malas: no dan acondicionador y el jabón de manos es el mismo para el cuerpo.

El cuarto limpio, en especial la cama cómoda, con buenas almohadas, el lugar también está bonito y agradable.
El precio es demasiado elevado para lo que ofrecen, el lugar es bonito, sin embargo el estacionamiento que está relativamente cerca nos pareció algo incómodo, cuando regresas de una boda está inconveniente caminar esa distancia entre lodo y empedrado además de que la entrada es muy estrecha, y aunque es seguro, no es lo óptimo. Tampoco tiene restaurante para desayunar o tomar algo. De nuevo, el hotel está bonito y decente, pero para la mitad del precio que pagamos, creo que aprovechan muchísimo el tema de eventos sociales.

Lo único ligeramente negativo sería que no tiene estacionamiento en el lugar, pero tienen uno público cerca
