Good tv channels when wifi was working. Decor modern. Updated bathroom . Scooter parking available. External appearance of the property appealing with stone features.Host made us a pot of coffee when we arrived which was a nice gesture. Access to washing machine on top floor.
The balcony hadn’t been cleaned for a long time and a chair was broken
but as there was no view I doubt many people would use it. When brought to the attention of host it was quickly fixed. There was a sign to hang on the door for daily housekeeping which the first day we neglected to put out but as host was cleaning the balcony we assumed he would do. Even with the sign out we still had no housekeeping and rubbish was smelly. Web site claims a restaurant but we never found one. On our last night no tv as wifi buffering. There is a kettle and cups in the room but only tea no coffee. For water you have to take from dispenser downstairs. Property is situation a distance from train station and although there is a bus the service isn’t frequent so your own transport is necessary. We arrived just prior a 2 day holiday and most restaurants closed so very limited food options to walk to.

感謝房東回覆的時間很快，退款快速。
我們訂了四間房間，其中四人房兩張床有很多小蟲，房東說空房一小段時間加上一樓有花園所以很正常。或許吧？但其他三間的床單都有帶點毛髮。，
入住四人房的友人說完全沒辦法接受蟲子，要立即退款退房重新找房間。但我們其餘三間都選擇留下
房東回覆迅速，也退款。感謝
總體來說，廁所清潔度要加強，床單的部份可能送洗會比較好。然後希望下次能加強在預定時告知房東住在一樓。
