Very clean and the lady running it was very nice and helpful

The shower pressure was not good

Sapphire Palms was convenient to get to and find. I was grateful for the free room upgrade. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The microwave and fridge were clean and in good order.

Unfortunately, the car that was right outside my room had a powerful engine and was started up a few times overnight. The driver didn't seem conscious of the need to have mobile phone calls quietly at 2am. I was grateful for the cups, microwave and cutlery provided in the room but a dinner plate and a bowl would have been handy. The shower head was clogged or something which meant water sprayed in 3 different directions rather than directly down. The shower doors didn't close completely so water escaped over the floor. None of these things are insurmountable but their absence would make a difference.
