Exceptional location, most friendly staff ever - impressive starry sky in the night (no light pollution up there at Krippenstein summit). The view in the morning, during breakfast was stunning.

I had the impression that the stuffs wont be friendly as they denied to cancell our booking even after a day of the booking we had months before. But the stuffs and the manager were very hospitable. All were excellent. Really loved it there. Our room was at the basement and not super comfortable as we had shared bathrooms but the location, the amazing stuff made up for it all. Thank you for everything. You were amazing. You would not find a thing to complain about!
