Sea Melody Beach Hotel Apartments

Hotel was amazing, everything was very clean, room was amazing for us with big balcony. Swimming pool was nice and big, breakfast was amazing. We could easily pick lot of food variations for breakfast, eggs, hams, bacons, wiener, sausages, muslis, biscuits, bakery goods, coffees, fruit juices .... Staff were very friendly, at the first day, we arrived earlier and we could handover our room at 12 o'clock. Last day, we had to checkout at 11 o'clock, but we could stay in the hotel on the whole day and use everything what we wanted. Beach was very close, about 40 meters. Center was also close, about 5 minutes by walk. There were good restaurants, coffee bars nearby.

A microwave would be great in the room and a hob, but that's it.

I liked that the food and other shops were close enough ( a few streets away) and not right under the hotel. There was a convenience shop at the hotel which was just sufficient and convenient

Huge free parking right in front of the sea. A big balcony with an amazing view. Live music concerts inside the hotel. The restaurant is open from 7am to 10pm. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels. There's a mini market inside the hotel open until midnight. The area is peaceful and quiet — nothing like the noisy towns nearby. The beach is full of iconic, beautiful stones… and we may have taken a few home with us as souvenirs 🙂

The most serious concern was safety around the pool and bathroom areas. The pool stairs are extremely slippery, with no warning signs posted anywhere. My own entry into the pool began with a painful fall down the stairs. Beyond my own experience, we witnessed other guests falling constantly in the same area — mostly men slipping on the stairs and landing hard on the surface beside the pool rather than in the water. It happened repeatedly, not as isolated incidents, but as an ongoing pattern throughout our stay. The bathtub presented an equally serious hazard. It was very narrow, rounded at the bottom, and extremely slippery — a combination that makes it nearly impossible to use safely. I fell out of it once, which was both painful and alarming. A bathtub of this design, without any non-slip surface or grab rail, poses a real danger to any guest. What is particularly distressing is that I have been experiencing persistent pain around my collarbone area throughout the entire trip following these falls. I cannot say with certainty whether something is fractured, but the pain has been constant and has affected my ability to fully enjoy the rest of the vacation. What made all of this even more troubling was the lifeguard's conduct. Rather than monitoring the water and ensuring guest safety, he was occupied chatting with guests and offering unsolicited advice — such as reminding people to shower before entering the pool — while guests were continuously slipping and injuring themselves nearby. The role of a lifeguard carries real responsibility, and unfortunately that responsibility did not seem to be taken seriously.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and very tasty.
