מלון בוטיק מקסים על שפת אגם בולסנה ממש סמוך לקו המים. בריכה חמישה כוכבים!!! ארוחת בוקר נחמדה כולל ביצים על פי בקשה. חניה מרווחת. צוות שירותי ומאוד ידידותי. אהבנו מאוד ונשארנו יותר לילות. לא השתמשנו בספא. לגבי הכובעים בבריכה שהוזכרו ע״י אורחים ,אכן מבקשים לרכוש כובע ב3€ ממש לא דרמטי. נכון שחמישה כוכבים היו מספקים ללא עלות.
החדרים מאוד בסיסיים. קטנים ועיצוב מאוד גנרי. אין תחושה של חמישה כוכבים. לקחנו חדר עם מרפסת. יש להם שני חדרי פרימיום בתוספת 70% מחיר. אנחנו קיבלנו בחלק מהזמן מגבות מרופטות עם שוליים פרומים. אין מסעדה פעילה במלון עצמו אבל המרחקים קטנים ויש המון אפשרויות מסביב. היתושים היו אכזריים אבל כך היה בספטמבר בכל איטליה.

We love this hotel, the team are so lovely & the location is perfect. We are repeat visitors because we like it so much. Book a suite with a private hot tub on the balcony & a private sauna in the room. Traditional Italian breakfast & a lovely Spa for treatments with a huge swimming pool & views of the lake.

The property was clean, the staff at the desk were nice
Needs a design update! So many rules around the pool. Caps were enforced to hide hair yet many ladies had the back of there hair sticking out or their bangs. Men were told they were allowed to go without, while the pool attendant argued. Fridge was broken for most of our stay, food spoiled, then told we weren’t allowed to put our own food in their fridge. Toilet seat was broken for most of our stay. 👎
