The staff was amazing.. i will book again in this hotel for sure

The breakfast was good but they need more seats in rush hours

REAL VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY

Rooms were clean and neat .Breakfast was 5 star ,excellent spread and very helpful staff. Mr barish ,the owner was hands on and even gave us a free upgrade to the executive suite. Mr sarkan ,the manager was excellent friendly and helpful .He went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay ,even helping with booking internal tickets and making bookings for our trip to alanya. Location was great, 3 minutes walk to taksim Square.. I Almost forgot to mention the great spa , indoor swimming pool ,sauna ,steam room and hamam. I will always stay at this hotel when in istanbul. Lovely hotel with wonderful helpful and kind staff who are friendly ,helpful and always smiling. You can see that this is a family run hotel ,that prides itself on service.

The receptionist staff specially the 2 girls were super amazing..very helpful..all the day with a smile...very supportive The hotel was very nice The breakfast was super good The room also Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone

the hotel was built on reality down hill so was hard to get in and out by the street

The hotel is close to bus station and metro, but it's uphill so be prepared if you have heavy bags. It was relatively clean, but smelled a bit cigarrets in the non-smoking room. The room was warm. Decent breakfast. Staff is overall friendly. Overall a turkish style 3-4* hotel.

There was constant electricity noise from air conditioner during the night. And sounds from the street since it's next to the road. Very high and uncomfortable pillows.

okay but wouldn’t stay again

clean and the room and spa was nice it was like something in Indonesia the breakfast was ok

the hotel is not 5 star the free parking is annoying as you can’t just come and go the reception has to open the secured garage and get your car but I guess it’s secure and they get the car pretty quick the road the hotel is on is so busy and really steep not for disabled people

A pleasant experience

The location was quite good. The breakfast is reasonable, but the coffee is really bad, needs improvement. Nice swimming pool. The gym is nice, although there is no internet at all, so you can't play music even on the TV installed there, so you exercise in complete silence. And the cherry on the cake are the amazing hotel staff who helped us a lot, especially the receptionist Duygu. We will surely recommend the hotel to friends and of course we will return.

Bad coffee on breakfast. No internet connection on the gym.

I liked the pool location and bathtoom in my suite room

Too many problems in the room, we had to call the staff 5 times... and also the room wasnt sound proof. We could hear the nighbours. Also thr breakfest was bad and not freah.

Excellent stay overall

The reception lady in the morning is extremely nice , attentive and assisting. Breakfast is nice. Spa (pool) is indoor but nice. 5-10 min walk from. Taksim metro.

Not value for money

The spa was good. Location is great. Hotel stuff is friendly.

The breakfast was poor, not fresh. The maintenance of the hotel and rooms very poor. Things not working properly and takes time to repair.

Pleasant

The reception staff ( lovely lady and the man working with her) . The breakfast lady was just so charming and polite. Everyone here was just incedibly nice and helpful. The room was very warm, having we stayed at very cold week. The evening reception guy was extremely kind to even help with his own umbrella 😄

With regret the spa area was in no working condition. The steam room was warm at best, as was the sauna. We did not use either, although they were the main reason to choose the spot. The swimming pool was sadly dirty and in very unpleasant state. Bed a tad stringy and not confortable at all. I cannot say the room should be listed as 18sqf - quite smaller than that.

Lovely hotel, would recommend

The bed was really comfortable and the location was great. the spa facilities were good and the masseuse did a good job. Breakfast was nice. Staff were really lovely.

The only negative was that the room service was from an external company so it was a little pricey.

Marvelous place

Room size is good enough, beds are very comfortable and heating works really well. Reception staff were very nice as we had a cancelled flight so our plans moved down by a day and they were very helpful with changing the dates of our booked dates without charging us extra. Breakfast was good enough and location is very good as it is 7 minutes by walk to Taksim Square.

Room could have been a bit more spacious as on the photo it looks more spacious and perhaps some more variety in breakfast especially when it comes to pastries. All in all, very nice.

Location was good. But hard to reach during traffic. Felt to be bit overpriced. But it may be due to the location.

Berjer Hotel review.

The Hotel staff was exceptional with their attention, responsiveness and professionalism. The included breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the spa. The beds were comfortable and long which is great for tall people.

Little details such as some pool functions not working, wifi failing for a few hours. But overall i had a good experience.
