🛑 STOP — LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST OVERALL!
We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The staff truly made our stay special, and the level of service, knowledge, and hospitality was outstanding.
Yalcin, the General Manager, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and speaks multiple languages. He went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for, especially with our shopping needs, and gave us excellent advice about the area.
Mahmood from Guest Relations is incredibly friendly and welcoming. When it comes to Istanbul’s social life, nightlife, and places to go, he is very knowledgeable and always ready to help with recommendations.
Duygu at the front desk is wonderful! Friendly, multilingual, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. She can guide you in the right direction and is extremely helpful with reservations and anything else you may need during your stay.
The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection, and the hotel offers excellent value for the money.
What really separates this hotel from others is the staff. They don’t simply provide service—they genuinely make an effort to help you enjoy Istanbul and get the most out of your stay.
Highly recommended. We would absolutely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is very well located, particularly if you want to explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. It is also very convenient for travelling to and from the airport by bus.
The staff were lovely throughout our stay. They were always polite, welcoming, smiling and very helpful. They were also incredibly accommodating with a few requests we made after our reservation had already been confirmed, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast was excellent, with a very good and varied selection. We also really enjoyed the spa. It was wonderful to come back after a long day exploring Istanbul and relax in the sauna, steam room and swimming pool. The spa was never crowded during the stay and, most of the time, I had the facilities almost entirely to myself, which made it especially relaxing.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I had a very positive experience overall and felt very well looked after throughout my stay.
