Very clean, good size room, aircon worked perfectly. breakfast just right.
Shared toilet (although room had shower and basin)
Noise proofing from other two rooms on floor not perfect
Bed base seemed to have a broken slat, only an issue before you spread your weight

Pros: Very friendly and flexible staff who provide welcoming service. Very tasty breakfast served in satisfying, okay-sized portions. Private and safe parking.
Cons: The overall stay is severely hampered by poor room conditions, maintenance issues, and excessive noise throughout the night.
Poor overall room quality: Room is dark and poorly maintained. Uncomfortable bed: Old mattress where you can feel the springs.
Plumbing & bathroom issues: Broken sink tap, very low water pressure, shared/separate toilet setup, and toilet paper ran out.
AC problems: Air conditioning does not function properly - had to guest codes to make it work.
Poor light control: Flimsy curtains let in a lot of light early in the morning.
High noise levels (Interior): Noisy door handles and toilet door latches, plus sound from other guests walking to the shared toilet at night.
High noise levels (Exterior): Poor window seals allow significant street noise into the room.
Summary: Unless major updates are made to the soundproofing, plumbing, and mattresses, Hotel Central is difficult to recommend for anyone seeking a restful night's sleep, despite the lovely staff and great breakfast.
