Good comfortable and relatively cheap location to explore Tbilisi. 10mins from Delici metro. All the shops and restaurants you need .
Despite stay at penthouse, the view was blocked by 22 storeys construction. Don't expect the views. Otherwise, good value.

The hotel is tidy and all the staff is very welcoming. For its price (20 lari, but for some reason for some people it’s 30) breakfast is quite decent. The room is comfortable and the facilities work well, especially water pressure and temperature. The balcony door has great soundproofing and you don’t hear the ongoing construction next to the hotel. Great location close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants and parks. Room cleaning is offered every day, there is even dry cleaning available.
The mattress feels old and saggy, and the bedsheets have clearly been in use for a while and washed a lot, because the fabric is thinned out and absolutely covered in lint pills. I also found a lot of long hairs on my bedsheets which probably got stuck onto the lint pills in the wash. The pillows’ filling is very thin and clumpy. Contrary to the balcony door, the room door has no soundproofing and every corridor chatter or thumps and loud noises of the entire building will be heard in your room, so just a heads up for light sleepers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made a fresh omelette specifically for us for breakfast. There was an early check in available for an extra fee.
The street is very busy even by night and sound isolation is extremely poor. You can also hear your neighbors caught and the children upstairs having a tantrum.
The facilities are pretty worn out and beaten down.
Overall, I don’t think that it’s a good value for money.
