Sonntags ab 15 Feierabend im Hotel. Da ist niemand anzutreffen. Daher kein SPA Bereich nach 15 uhr in Betrieb
Montags Ruhetag . daher kein SPA Bereich kein Frühstückraum.
Leider wurde dieser Umstand nicht kommuniziert,

Sehr schönes Hotel, super Spa Bereich. Sehr guter Service und eine gute Küche / Restaurant. Würde ich jedem empfehlen:)

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Schloss. Herrliche Aussicht mit Weinberg. Es ist sehr ruhig. Hervorragende Sauberkeit. Absolut professionelles und herzliches Personal. Frühstück war spitze und das Restaurant im Hotel ist herausragend!
Die Heizung hat etwas gerauscht, war aber nachts aus und man konnte schlafen.

Das Ambiente ist wirklich wunderschön und hat einen besonderen Charme.
Besonders enttäuschend war für uns, dass die Spa-Nutzung am Abreisetag nicht mehr im Übernachtungspreis enthalten war und für lediglich drei Stunden (11–14 Uhr) zusätzlich 20 € pro Person berechnet werden.
Leider war die Reaktion einer Rezeptionistin darauf aus unserer Sicht ausgesprochen unfreundlich. Wir hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass unsere Kritik ernst genommen oder konstruktiv aufgenommen wurde. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns daher weniger, dass es diese zusätzliche Gebühr gibt, sondern vielmehr der Umgang mit unserer konkreten Rückfrage und Kritik dazu.
