Clean rooms, comfy beds, a great central location in town, and a good continental breakfast. The self-service check-in was smooth and straightforward.
Practical information was missing upon arrival, such as breakfast times and clear parking guidance (we used paid parking to avoid accidentally blocking the biergarten pathway). We were notified last minute that the restaurant was closed for the evening, which was a main draw for our stay. Lastly, the room stayed very warm; we couldn't open the second window due to mosquitoes from the nearby river.

Great location in a small, quaint town by the river and walking distance to the Harburg Castle. Staff were very accommodating, when providing us with a table after hours to gather our group and socialize. Very cute town. Be sure to take the fairy tale trail up to the castle!
Parking was tight but hotel made sure we had a close spot.
