Ok for one night stay

Breakfast was ok.

The restaurant is poor, we waited 1.5hours for meal , which was not good and expancive. I would not reccomend. Room has windows to a street, it was not possible to sleep after 6 AM,...

Close to motorway

The owner from the hotel can quit the job because doesn’t have any skills for manager We have booked 2 rooms for the family and when I’m arrived at hotel everything was close Is provided just a number from him to give you access to rooms We stay 1 hour in front of the hotel and nobody pick up the phone Luckily was a German lady which helping us because the hotel have a neighbour with restaurant but for the manager or owner how is it called very shame Just be careful guys with this hotel and if you come late are you lost

Good

Good size bedroom. Nice decorating, and very comfy bed.

Fan was full of dust. We couldn't use it. We opened the window but it was very noisy outside.

Nice hotel 😊

Good location( near highway),nice staff,clean room, comfortable bed and one more + for the art details in the room and throughout whole hotel 😍

There was no refrigerator in the room(even though it said there is one) and no so nice view from our room. Everything else was fine 😊

The road wad very loud and it was super hot in the room. The air condition didn't really work

Nice room, cleaned and comforting. Nice and welcome people at hotel and restaurant, very good food.

No AC in the room, no mosquito net, and a quiet some noise. Our room was with the window to the street, very hot outside and inside, so we could not sleep very well.

So lovely we did not want to leave

The style , the welcoming staff. We arrived late booking just an hour before as on a long drive, Turkey to UK So kind to let us have a late evening dinner ....delicious. Beds were so comfortable some of the best I have slept in.

An undesirable upgrade you shouldn't ask for

The hotel is located very nicely not far from the city center of Augsburg. Location-wise Aystetten seems to be a good alternative. Entrance and breakfast room are newly renovated and in an appealing design.

Unfortunately, the hotel was over-booked for my stay and my room was already given to somebody else when I arrived. The alternative, the "suite" was so far from the original offer, in such a bad condition and had a musty smell (might derive from the carpet and curtains). Also, the window did not close correctly, which made it sound like it wasn't even closed. All in all, it was unacceptable for me to stay in that room and since the girl on the front desk was not able to change rooms, I had to cancel my stay on the short-term. Though the hotel seems to be renovated on the first sight, it is only the surface. Meeting room, toilets and restaurant are still very old fashioned and not what I expected from the pictures.

An excellent hotel

Location was great - near the highway and yet quiet and safe. The hotel offers secure underground parking, so if you are traveling with a lot of stuff, you don't have to bring it all to your room.

The underground parking area has very limited capacity because it is filled with piles of building materials and cars in long-term storage.

Great location to stop off on drive through Germany. Nice breakfast and dinner. Reception staff great welcome and help with our car breakdown

ok stay in budget hotel room that should be renovated

budget hotel. ok price for what you get.

the reception and breakfast room are new and re-decorated. however, the rooms are still old and not in good conditions (our night-bed-stand was broken, the window was in precarious conditions, the shutters were dirty and with much dust). I highly advise the management to renew the rooms and upload good pictures on booking that show the reality of what you will find. overall it was ok for our one night in between travelling to the Netherlands. the quality of the breakfast is low.

Superb value for the money. Free breakfast and cofee machine open all day.

Nice friendly place, breakfast was good too

Bathroom and beds were nice and clean, and we could open a window luckily. Breakfast was nice, the place is open until 22pm. The Italian restaurant on ground floor is quite good!

The only disappointment was that there was no aiconditioning in our room, luckily the evening cooled off (from 35 degree celsius or more to about 25) but otherwise we would have had a very warm night... Airconditioning was mentioned on the Booking.com page, but is only available for rooms of 3p or more on the 3rd floor (?)

Céean rooms, excellent breakfast, free parking

No aircondition, 30 celsius in the room. 20 meters from the road, extreme noisy if You open the window. After 5am it was impossible to sleep...

I booked a suite through Booking and came to the hotel late unfortunately the hotel door was closed and there was no one and I called the hotel and the employee's behavior was very bad I do not recommend this hotel

oh it was nice 👌

stunning location, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, very very comfy bed and pillows , was so nice best sleep in a hotel i have ever had. also good kitchen, was worth every penny

it was a very hot day, i guess unusually hot for the region. some would have missed air conditioning but did not mind that much.

Great Breakfast & Clean Comfortable Bed

Lovely modern clean breakfast room with a great choice for breakfast. Excellent Italian restaurant, although in mid renovation felt like we were sat in a building site (maybe it’s under separate management). The hotel appears to be undergoing some modernisation, downstairs super modern and upstairs super dated.

Booked a double and was given a twin. Nobody there to greet us, told to obtain our own key from a machine. Other guests arrived with same instructions. Bathroom in need of renovation, maintenance issues such a broken towel rail and bare wires from the hairdryer by the sink 😮.

Good Value for Money between Augsburg and Gunzburg

Very good value for money. All the basics were more than fine: Comfortable beds, clean rooms, good breakfast and available parking. Also a good desk if someone needs to work.
