It is a pet friendly hotel with breakfast, decent prices and good infrastructure.
Some of the staff members could be more welcoming.

There was a separate kitchen in the common area
I booked Elaya , but there wa as confusion while checking in because we went to super 8 reception to proceed . When Elaya hotel is been booked it should be Elaya reception

The hotel is conveniently located for those who don't need the city center. The room was large, quiet, and comfortable. It's very convenient for a long stay. There's excellent underground parking. There are shops and small restaurants nearby. The room has a small kitchen, a kettle, and dishes. The bathroom is quite big, although I would like to see some shelves for storing small things.
Our room had a door leading to a connecting room, so the smell of food from the next room wafted into ours. This happened in the evening; our neighbors were apparently having dinner. The smell was quite strong, but it dissipated quickly. It would be nice if the hotel could improve the isolation between the rooms.

Location is great, nice big underground car park and plenty of spaces outside. Room size was more than enough. Comfortable beds and our apartment room had all the things you need. Nice hotel design.
On both mornings the breakfast selection was very limited. Most of the food was already gone at around 8:45 and not being refilled.
In general everything seemed a little basic.
