Claudia (our hostess liason) was super. She gave us a bunch of information about the area and other things to do in Lisbon. She was very kind and pleasant. The accomodation itself is as advertised, 3 rooms (2 bedrooms + kitchen/living room). Very well located. The stairs were a bit narrow and steep but that's Lisbon for you. Overall super nice place in a great location, would highly recommend and would stay again in the future!

We were a family with a three-year-old and a five-month-old, and while the place was small, it was totally fine for us since we only had three suitcases and a stroller. The staff was super helpful and easy to get a hold of. The apartment was really cozy and they made great use of the space. All the little extras like wine, tea, a crib, and a baby bath were so thoughtful and ready when we arrived. It’s just a four-minute walk from Rosario, and the street is nice and quiet at night.
The ground floor apartment only has the front door for light and air. Since it opens right onto the street, we didn't feel comfortable or safe leaving it open while we were home. The pictures make the place look bright and airy, but in reality, there's no fresh air or sunlight at all.

Good location as near to city and metro (steep hill climb however not the property’s fault)
Owners went above and beyond to help
Bed very lowdown which was quite uncomfortable
Only one fan in apartment which made it stuffy at night- would benefit from aircon
$$$$
