AVOID. Damp, mould, dirt everywhere. Terrible communication from team. Don’t bother booking and if you have one CANCEL.

AVOID – visible mould and damp in BOTH bedrooms and we couldn’t stay the night We arrived fully intending to stay at this property, but ended up LEAVING that same evening and paying for another hotel because we did not feel comfortable sleeping in the conditions we found. There was a strong smell of damp in the apartment. On inspecting the bedrooms properly, we found visible damp and mould across areas of the ceilings and walls, mould on the blinds, and mould and a significant build-up of dust around the skirting boards in BOTH bedrooms. We took extensive photographs of everything we found. We reported the problem immediately that evening, both using the contact details provided and through Booking.com. We tried to give the property the opportunity to resolve the situation, but we could not get anyone to deal with it. We therefore had no realistic option but to leave and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. What is particularly disappointing is that we are STILL trying to get this resolved and our request for a refund has not been answered. This was not us changing our minds or deciding we didn’t like the apartment. We had checked in, had our belongings there and fully intended to spend the night. We left solely because of the damp, visible mould and overall condition of the bedrooms. We have photographic evidence showing the condition of the property, evidence that we reported the problem at the time, and evidence of the alternative hotel we had to book. It is completely unacceptable to pay for accommodation, discover visible mould in both bedrooms, be unable to stay the night, have to pay for another hotel AND then struggle to get a response afterwards. We are still waiting for this matter to be resolved and for our money to be refunded. Based on our experience, I absolutely could not recommend staying here.

We loved the location. The apartment was very spacious and very nicely decorated. However in terms of cleaning and maintenance only bear minimum is being done. There were old stains on the wall, blinds and doors. There were spare blankets in the closet as well but they looked like they have never been washed.

Overall I like the property, good location, comfort, I have been at this property first time in 2017 Christmas I think it was new I get attached with this property as it’s memorable . I always remember my daughter Nadine she’s not with us physically.
