Great apartment and in a good position

Was in a great location. Was reasonably quite, a little noisy at night as there is a bar across the road and at the back of the bedroom

Was not explained that it was one of two buildings which had same door code, we were dropped next to the other building went inside and our apartment number was not there, took quite awhile to work out why we were in the building but our apartment number was not there. Luckily someone came in and told us we were in the wrong place

Exceptional

It was all modern furnished and clean. The location is great. We could reach the employee whenever we needed. It was precious to stay in a historical apartment.

Size of the apartment with the "open" stairs Location is great, a Coffee Shop is just opposite the apartment.

Missing pepper, no kitchen towel Even tough the apartment is very huge there was not much space in one.sleeping room No shelves to store personal belongings in the bathroom

Great stay. A perfect apartment in Lisbon.

Great location. Very close to the centre but not right in the thick of things. Great cafe for breakfast right across the street and a couple of nice bars in the street as well. The apartment was really large and well appointed and very clean on arrival. A number of supermarkets close by which meant that breakfasts/meals in were really do-able too. Time out market is very close. We went on our last night, but only after dinner! ☹️

Fab location, great apartment, perfect for family.

The location was fabulous - easy to walk to so many areas, we didn’t realise until after we did a tuk tuk tour just how close we were to Time Out Market, the Car Park, the station, Chiado and everything in between. Breakfast was great across the road at Dear Breakfast and staff very friendly.

Minor issue but the en-suite toilet dripped continuously and was noisy. We tried to stop it and we then let the management know. They came within minutes to sort it but the drip carried on. It needs a plumber. The apartment needs a deep clean behind and under the furniture and the windows.

Acceptable but not to the standard that the host is promoting everywhere online

Before arrival host was very nice, helpful, providing all needed information Flat was really spacious Beds were really comfortable Flat is very well located in the city closed to hot spots

After arrival, host disappeared. We had a problem upon arrival with the bathroom and we could not reach out to the host during the entire stay. During the entire stay we could hear drops of water circulating behind the toilet as if there was a leak of water. This was an absolutely unbearable noise during the night for the room located just next to the concerned bathroom. The flat was not very clean upon arrival, especially the bathrooms. The quality of the materials and furniture is not high end. There is mold in the bathrooms. Also, the apartments we got do not match any of the pictures shown on Booking

Location great, apartment large but disappointing

Location was excellent, large apartment

Noisy at night. Electrics were very bad & kept tripping. Need sorted as there was a note as what to do when happened! Hairdryer blew up when daughter using. Double bed needed a comfy mattress protector - not a plastic cover which was uncomfortable & pillow cases that fit! air conditioning in bedroom was rubbish.

location and had a lift

leaking toilet from the moment we got there and making a lot of noise during the night, missing tap handle for shower, door stops missing exposed screws coming out of the floor, minimal cooking utensils, not enough bed cushions, no shampoo supplied, no kitchen tea towels supplied, no safe supplied

Pleasant

Location was great right beside good restaurants and the metro and good bar right infront but you do not hear any noise which is great. There's a shopping market right beside it which is great for staples.

But the toilet and the bathroom was not up to standards as the toilet seat was all stained the shower was abit dangerous as there was no mat on the floor as it got pretty wet and we were not given extra towels to help with that problem.

Very good

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of many of the tourist attractions and the breakfast place next door was great for our stay. The street is wide enough for Uber drivers to make it to the front door of the building. There are many mini-markets in the area to buy basic necessities and snacks to stock in the kitchen. The kitchen had all appliances including a dishwasher. However, there are minimal pans and cookware. I wouldn't say it was equipped for making a meal but sufficient for reheating food. There is a washing machine, it also doubles as a dryer, however, our clothes dried faster using the drying rack provided. The shower head made for an enjoyable shower, the hot water lasted most nights for all 4 of us to take showers. There is a small adjoined terrace outside both bedrooms, but no furniture on it. It was nice to let fresh air in. There are plenty of cafes and bars. The music during the night didn't bother us and when you close all the windows you can barely hear anything. In all, it was a great stay for the price and location.

The door knobs to the rooms and bathroom are hard to turn, you may need both hands. The duplex apartment on the ground floor needed some additional deep cleaning. Upon first glance the apartment is clean but the walls, baseboards, and corners of rooms need cleaning. I wasn't sure if some of the surfaces in the bathroom had mold due to the excess water. The microwave still had crumbs left over from the previous stay.

Wonderful place to stay

A very comfortable, beautiful and spacious flat, looks exactly like on photos.

It is very well located, but in a busy area. With two bars and restaurants it was noisy until rather late in the evening.

Great place to stay in Lisbon

beautiful property in a great location.

It didn’t have any basic stuff there. No tea towel, no salt/pepper/oil, one frying pan that was burnt, a washing machine but not a single washing tablet. You couldn’t fault this place for clean, good value and great location but just a few simple little things would have made a big difference. Would not stop me staying here again though, comment was more to help the owner improve.

The flat is a great place and could benefit from better property management.

We arrived on Tuesday 3rd January and we were allowed to check in early to the apartment due to my mobility issues. This was greatly appreciated. The apartment is airy and well presented, though no cleaning products were available apart from brush n pan. Beds were v comfortable,and lots of closet space. The water pressure and temperature in showers were perfect, location of property was fantastic, quite close to the Time Out Market.

The service received from the managing agent lacked the personal touch. The property was advertised as having Netflix, Prime video available. The TV displayed these services but we were unable to access them. We reported this issue to the management of the flat more than twice but no one responded to us, throughout our stay Tues to Friday. Underneath the settee in the living area had not been swept and there were signs off black mould in the shower cubicle in the master ensuite.

Enjoyed our stay, very quiet situation with easy access to restaurants, mini market and trams.

Everything was very good. The apartment was large, comfortable, and lift accessible. Very clean, beds comfortable. The host helped me with transfer arrangements, and was very friendly. My only quibble is that I paid extra for an apartment with a balcony, and this didn’t have one.

Nothing . These are high quality appartements. Lack of booked balcony was a little annoying, ut on balance not a big issue.

we took the 2br apartment which was huge and nice. the location is great and the apartment has everything

there was a problem with the water system that made the noise of dripping water all night. I was unable to sleep in the room and ended up sleeping on the couch for all my stay. the washing machine didn’t work, the shower door was broken. minor things that can make or perfects but made our stay not so much enjoyable…

Definitely recommend the apartment especially for the location.

Nicely decorated, 2 eqaul sized bedrooms with very comfy beds. Very clean. Fab location near to many excellent places eat/drink/shop & 28 tram. Opposite couple of great bars and breakfast/brunch café.

Appt code failed one evening so locked out until we managed to contact host - not great after a full day/evening on your feet! Also handles to bedrooms difficult to open - beware not to get locked in!

Great location. Very spacious. Awesome cafe, Dear Breakfast, just downstairs. Lift available if stairs an issue.

There is a rooftop bar/restaurant just behind, so a bit of late noise. Added to the vibe in our opinion.

Lovely large apartment in good location. Just needs a few improvements.

The location is perfect and if you don plan spend much time in the apartment, it is a good choice

The apartment looks nicer on the pictures than in real life. Floor plan is not very practical. Given the size of the apartment you would expect more comfortable space. The kitchen is not well equipped.

Good for a few nights

The location is great and in walking distance of several nice restaurants and shops. It's a good location to explore the city in general.

The bathroom was kind of disappointing, the shower door didn't close properly which resulted in water leaking on the floor. There was no outlet in the bathroom to use the hair dryer and the bathroom furniture was very worn off. A few more glasses in the kitchen would've been nice as well.

Nothing like the pictures which make it look significantly higher quality than reality. Lots of minor maintenance also needed.
