The room was small but actually very comfortable.
Receptionist was lovely. Saw we had a child with us, walked us up to the room and gave us 3 breakfast packs with cereal, milk and juice and a muesli bar. Very nice touch and very appreciated for our little one.
Part of the accommodation area was under construction and the corridors felt really eerie with the barriers and danger signs up. No lifts too.

Good shower.
Comfortable space.
Was in good proximity to the event I was attending.
I forgot they were serviced rooms and was pleasantly surprised when I got back the next day.
Lack of car park near the hotel entrance
The concrete stairs after entering. Was a little cold and made me feel as if I'd wandered into a backroom. Felt a little unsteady on the stairs, especially when hauling luggage up and down.
I wanted to open the curtains but the external of the window wasn't clean and all I could see was where broken signs had been dumped.

Very friendly staff and great rates
Pictures of rooms advertised did not match the actual rooms.
No set customer parking
Narrow stair access film carpark only to the rooms so we had to carry suitcases up stairs.
Very thin walls to the rooms, could hear people talking out in the corridor clearly when trying to sleep.
