Perfect welcoming and very well managed facilities. The area is amazing, quiet but close to a lot of restaurants and bars, canals nearby, amazing spot to enjoy the ity.
In the comming years, as summer temperatures rise, some kind of air conditioner will be necessary.

DIe Wohnung ist groß, gut zu lüften und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Sofas sind bequem. Es gibt einen Supermarkt um die Ecke und man kann auch sehr gut Essen gehen.

La limpieza, la ubicación, plaza de garaje. Me hubiera quedado a vivir en ese apartamento y en esa ciudad.
