I like the responds of the email.
The property good overall, can cook properly.
Close by central station & food. A lot of supermarket near by.
Deposit is quite high.
You should provide more cloth in the kitchen.

Very spacious, clean and light filled second floor apartment. Kitchen facilities and tea/coffee provided. Great water pressure in the shower and carrefour express 50m away. A short walk to central station Antwerp.
The floorboards throughout the building are exceptionally loud, both inside our apartment and in the surrounding flats you can hear every step. Had to sleep with ear plugs and even then can hear neighbour noise. It is an old building. Also the stairs are very steep and narrow so if you have mobility issues, heavy luggage or children this would not be suitable.

The property was very nice and bigger than we expected.
There was a painting hanging on the wall on a very risky place. One of us was getting the sleep couch ready to sleep in it and the painting fell without even touching it, it kind of looked like it was put on that risky place on purpose. We needed to pay a pretty large amount of money, much more than the painting was worth and when we tried to call them several times to talk about it, but they didn’t answer the phone

The apartment itself was quite decent inside for a day stay. Closeby markt square.
The main entrance until we goninside the apayis all smoking odour which was very unpleasant for us to enter apart from that the rest was ok
