Good location very close to central train station and various transportation options and old town is a short 15 to 20 min walk. Place was clean and spacious.
There is no elevator and the narrow and steep staircase makes it difficult to move luggage and bags up and down the floors especially if you get the apartment on the 3rd floor.
The host asks for 200 euro deposit sent over by wire transfer or PayPal which both incur significant fees such as cash advance fee on credit card and possibly currency exchange fees. They should find a better way to handle this.

It was close to the main station, Antwerpen Centraal. Place was clean, beds were comfy even though they were simple. Washing machine is a plus imo.
The 200€ deposit was not included in the full price, so it was a bit of a surprise just a week before arrival. The bathroom door lock was not working and the noise from the street is constant, even at 5 am.
