It was little but perfect for a solo traveller and very clean. Location was great!!
They stopped giving eggs for breakfast, not sure why, and the other options were too fried, so I felt that I paid breakfast just to eat a little croissant..

The location was great, next to a metro station, next to the beautifull river, walkable at day or night. Next to
Kiyomizu with a lot of shrines and places to walk to. 10-15 minute walk to Kōdaiji Temple. 5 minute walk to the start of the Kiyamachi-dori. Great location. Hotel staff was really friendly and eager to help.
It might be me but from the images I thought the room was a little bit bigger. If you tried to open even a cabin luggage in the middle of the room there was no space for anything else. Our big luggages were an issue to open and manage.

We loved our stay there, hotel was few mins walking away for centre Kyoto, lovely descent size room , clean , will def go back
