Location, room layout, great shower, view!
Not enough washer/ dryer units
Smoking area is located close to entrance and elevators. Couldn’t open my window.
Refrigerator unplugged easy so was hard to trust consistently.
The carpet had some weird stains from prior stays.

Nice bathroom, proximity to center, very clean, onsen in the hotel, possibility to bring in dinner from the outsider for dinner (in the dinning room)
Room too small (couldn’t open a suit case), window view on the wall for a 3 nights stay (no day light in the room - felt like a Closet)

"Great property and comfortable room. Has a spa separating men and female which was a plus. Afternoon free drinks were a plus. They even give you pyjamas to borrow in lobby. Staff was very helpful."
