Spacious, clean, and bright apartment that was perfect for a family of three. It was very quiet at night and within walking distance of the train stations. We found everything we needed in the flat. Highly recommended.

Location is convenient near Gojo metro just one stop from Kyoto station. Comfortable enough without being special.
There is no sofa just 2 beds and a breakfast table. No tea towel and no bowls for cereal or soup. Just Japanese channels on TV.

Fairly close to sub way station and within walking distance of the old town.
Having a drying room and washing machine was great. This was the mid point of the holiday and we used this.
Small thing but they wouldn’t book a taxi and Todd us to walk to the end of the street. No taxis so had to catch subway.

Cleanliness, location, access to laundry.
Beds too firm, very limited cooking utensils, uncomfortable lounge, unusable balcony - looking at electrical wiring.
