What a gem! The hotel was fresh, clean and really well located with supermarkets, bars, restaurants & transport within an easy walk.
The staff were always smiling and greeted you whenever you came through reception and the beds were so comfortable. Whilst only a kettle and little fridge in the room, there was a microwave downstairs and a lounge to sit and eat. Would definitely stay here again

Nice and friendly staff who were always helpful. The gym was nice to have to exercise and the location of the hotel was very ideal. We thought it was great value. The bathroom was great. We would definitely stay again when in Kyoto.

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants.
Cafe within the building is permanently closed but still shows as open on Google.
Incorrect schedule shown in gym for classes - impacted access to facilities. Uncomfortable pillows.
