The unit itself was clean, big enough and comfortable. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful.

Location near Kyoto station was great. Main beds were comfortable but the kids said the sofa beds were a little firm. The hotel is very new and quiet. Having a little kitchen and washing machine was great.
Th sofa beds were a little firm. Not being able to open the windows was a bit unusual but not really a problem as there was an air purifier.
