The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early which is very rare in Japan, very much appreciated after a long journey.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved all the amenities and we had a wonderful view from loft b.
Many items to rent for free, kitchen well equipment.
Location was ideal, close to kyoto station

20 Pieces is in a great location and easy to walk to/from Kyoto station. We had a room overlooking Hogashi-Hongan-Ji Temple which was great. The staff are all super helpful and friendly and provided us with some local food recommendations. The free rental selection was also great.
Nothing really, would have been great to have a larger fridge in the apartment but not a necessity.

The room was very spacious and accommodated 4 men plus luggage extremely well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You could also borrow extras for your room including records for the record player in the room which was a nice touch.
