The location is great, across the street from kyoto station.
Staff is friendly and great, amenities is available to self serve at the lobby. Great for value.
Level 4 is the laundry, vending machine, microwave and a ice maker machine.
Only thing that i mind was that i got a corner room which i am not comfortable. One of the bed is facing the door and the bed is too heavy to move.

It’s location! It’s perfect. It’s just in front of Kyoto train station, and the bus station
I can’t think of anything that I didnt like. The size of the room is just perfect, we understand that almost every hotel in Japan is in that size.

The amenities are outdated given how expensive it is.
