The hotel was super nice and clean, and the staff were especially helpful and friendly during our stay. The facilities were all nice and was literally right across the road from Kyoto station.
The rooms are very small, which was very standard for a Japanese hotel but with large luggage it was a struggle.

Good amenities provided. There is a pillow bar for guest to choose. Close to station, super easy to get around, Would stay there again. They have a self service place to store luggage which was really helpful.
cleaning of rooms only every 4 days, which means you have to keep carry your bins out to the door for cleaning services to empty.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Only a few minutes away from Kyoto Station, DONKI nearby (and not too crowded), close to Aeon Mall, and Kyoto Station has all the cafes and restaurants you can imagine so the location was perfect. The staff were super friendly and the entire hotel was super clean. The room was very spacious for 1 person and I would love to come back for my Kyoto trip in the future!
