Room was good size with nice amenities. Excellent breakfast with very few children.
I do not like the shower head position, please allow me to shower inside the tub.

Good location if you are going to use the train station a lot. Good sized rooms and staff are helpful. Excellent facilities.
We were unable to use the onsen due to tattoos. Wifi was the only let down, was pretty intermittent.

Absolutely loved the hot drinks machine in the hotel lobby, which was available 24/7. The coffee from the machine was apparently better than the ones offered at the breakfast buffet, according to some guests. The location of the hotel was excellent, only a short walk from Kyoto station and the bus terminus. There is a family mart nearby and a Lawson round the corner. Hotel front staff were mostly polite and kind with the exception of one particular lady on duty. We needed to see a doctor during our stay and the front staff were very helpful and helped us to find a local doctor. There was a newsletter type leaflet in a robot roaming the lobby detailing events happening in Kyoto during that particular week, which we found very useful, so do look out for that.

Location, but it was hard to find especially if you got out of the wrong side of the station.
The amenities and friendliness of the staff were subpar from the other hotels we stayed at during this trip. Maybe I expected too much from what I paid for.
