Location and ambience. Very much Liked the welcoming drink and relaxation lounge a lot…😀. Access to the station and the fact that it is connected to the mall and restaurants was so convenient.

They let us keep our luggage there before check in and was close to Kyoto station.
The breakfast was terrible and there was never any food available. The beds were on trundles.
