Great location and the front office staff very knowledgeable, they helped with most assistance sought.
Nothing in particular to comment on, apart from the laundry facilities. There are only 2 washer and dryer, which did not accept international credit cards. Hence, required long waits.

Room size was good for Japan. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Happy hour was great. We really liked the calm ambience.

Everthing was at a qulity expected from Hilton. Super clean room, comfy bed, pillow options, and a GREAT BREAKFAST. There was a large cultural variety, with traditional japanese, other asian and western options. So you could get full with any preference. Bathroom configuration was great, it had 3 seperate small rooms for toilet, sink and the bath area - so one could shower and the other easily go to the bathroom without bother. We got a larger sized room based on general warnings about small rooms in Japan. The size of the room was pretty decent. It comfortably fit. The location was also great, 5 minutes from the main station.
The toilet had a auto heater we couldnt turn off, which was uncomfortable in the heat of summer.

We had the worst experience with this hotel the staff did not offer help with the reserve and we had to pay more for room and breakfast. This hotel do not thing that they have to help the customers
