Eph was very clean and well run, desk staff lovely and helpful.

Convenient location and friendly and helpful staff. The cleaners went above and beyond with changing our bedding without us leaving the sign asking them to change.

It was close to the transit station. The room was big enough and the bath facilities are modern.
There wasn’t a single king bed that was reasonably priced.

Amazing amazing place to stay, super comfortable beds nice clean rooms and almost all facilities inside the room. Absolutely loved our stay there.
My kids also loved it. Very close to metro station and several restaurants and convenience stores near by.
Walking distance from Kyoto station.
Will definitely come back again
Only breakfast was very basic, its super limited just couple of things only. Probably if I come again will stay without breakfast option.
