Excellent hotel with spacious rooms & good breakfast. Great location close to Kyoto station & TeamLab Biovortex. Lots of restaurants in surrounding streets.

Very friendly and helpful staff even with language barriers all questions and enquires were answered. Great location close to train, taxi rank, high end shopping and convenience stores. Clean and excellent room, spacious and well appointed. Great breakfast experience in the hotel dining room.

Perfect location: 5 min walking distance to the railway station
Friendly staff
You'd better book the room without breakfast, because it's not worth the money. All dishes are served cold, even meat, noodles and eggs.
The room would have been spacious if it weren't cramped with furniture you don't really need.
