Great location with bus stop outside the door and walkable to Gion. Friendly and helpful reception.
Tiny room with no space for luggage. Even by Japan standards, this was compact.

Very spacious, slept a family of 4 very comfortably, especially with separate toilet and a door between the shower/tub and the sink. Laundry was convenient, but only 1 washer/dryer available, and the dryer is a bit weak. Microwave on every other floor near the elevators. Super clean, very comfortable.

I liked the location and the kindness of the staff in letting us store our baggage.
The rooms were slightly small and made it difficult to move around. The fridge was also not working and didn’t cool any of our food/drinks.
