One of our biggest rooms during Japan, which was nice towards the end as we had to sort our suitcases out. We were able to leave our luggage before and after checking in/out. Bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and welcoming. Location is very good for Kyoto!
Had an minor issue of getting up to our room one day as staff were doing laundry and we were unable to enter our room as the lift was full of washing and the door from the stairs onto our floor was tied to another door so we couldn’t enter. We had to wait a while for the lift. Other than this, no problems 😁
