Great View. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Very good host and helpful staff.
few things didn't work: the bathroom steam extractor, the bathroom window couldn't be opened, and the plugs near the bed for charging the phone were tricky. Filter coffee could have been provided daily instead of instant, but the breakfast facilities were downstairs, at the entrance. The living room could have been open to guests... round down at the front. Dry plants...
Overall, it was a very good experience: a house with a view to the sea to die for, but you have to ask for that room for 2 people; the house is close to the beach! This is what you want!

It was clean and close to sea.
Very steep hill to site, even for St Ives. Would have liked more heating.
