Very clean, tidy room. Excellent breakfast, Kind host. Bought very good wine too. As for the locatoon, the city was almost empty (d onot know if it is always so). I have parked overnight just near the place (it is free overnight).

Complimentary transit pass was very beneficial! Upper floors are stair accessible only and may present a challenge to some travelers. Owner offered help with luggage to upper floors. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is easily reachable by train and boat. Would definitely stay here again!
