Freddy, Mariana, and Felipe were all exceptional and very helpful with every request we made at Front Desk. The breakfast was tasty and bountiful with fruits and local dishes as well.
The gym is not adequate. However the hotel is directly above a full fitness center with daily use and month use passes but don’t believe the pass is good for 24 hrs, it’s not only for the day.

The security
The bar. We have to pay for the bar. And we never using the pool because they close the pool at 6pm
