I love it!!!!! đGood location and great service. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was modern but at the same time very nice đ„°. I like a lot the room. It would recommend it.
The only thing I would have liked had gym and pool.

Everyone was super kind and hospitable, especially the gentle man with curly hair... he was exceptional in his AAA Standards and LQA Standards. The taxi service to and from appointments transitioned smoothly. Im definitely going to return.
There was no iron or ironing board blow dryer or slippers in the room. Also, there was no coffee or tea in the room.

Very nice and clean hotel, and the location is just perfect, Manila is a great neighbourhood to stay at.

It is in a very central location surrounded with great restaurants and cafes.
It is a very loud area due to the structure of the hotel, your bathroom and toilet are not closed off, an open structure to the street so all sound comes in. It is covered by plants. The windows are not double glazing so you are essentially sleeping on the street due to the amount of sound. The room we checked into was lovely until we saw that there was hair in the bed. This was remedied by a member of staff straight away. Though it should not have happened. Knowing this, and our short stay at the hotel, the staff was not amicable to our request for an hour or 2 late checkout to aid us before our flight. We found this to be unreasonable considering the circumstances we found the room. Also a lack of attention to detail. We were three people yet the amenities provided were for one, and we had to request it ourselves.
