Everything. The room was great; the staff are courteous and helpful; and the rooftop pool/bar/restaurant area has amazing views of Medellin. The hotel is well located and also has a very knowledgeable and helpful concierge, Jessica, who can assist you with arranging private tours.

The hotel is located directly next to the red light district and has a good roof top area
the concierge at check-in was completely overstrained (30min!), unprofessional and unfriendly. This woman as an individual and as the first representative of the hotel destroyed so much atmosphere that the overall impression of the hotel remains bad, even if the rest of the staff is friendly.
The infrastructure of the hotel is old and the beds are completely worn out. Renovation work was purely cosmetic. The appearance to the eye is fine however. Everything is nice to look at.
