Location was in a lovely neighbourhood, bed and pillows super comfy and room nicely designed
Breakfast needed more staff they were rushed off the or feet with just 2 people

Location and helpful staff
Roof garden only open for breakfast, bar in lobby always shut, often only one lift worked, had to change rooms because the water noise from other guests was so loud
