The location was excellent. It was very convenient to have Santa Fe Mall just across the street, with Oviedo Mall also within walking distance. There was a supermarket right next door as well, which made everything even more convenient. The view from our apartment was amazing. The breakfast was good, and I would definitely stay here again.
There was construction taking place directly below our apartment. The work started early in the morning and continued until late in the day, so it was quite noisy, especially in the mornings.
The breakfast had limited options, particularly for guests with a dairy allergy.

The outdated sofabed as a very uncomfortable 3rd bed.
A poor watersystem.. flushing toilet at least 3x
A very dangerous slippery showerfloor
The fact that there was no bottled water for guests like us, arriving past midnight.
