Nice location with nice view and ample room
Very dirty (our daughter’s white socks turned black after a few minutes). Only one pair of slippers was provided and upon asking for an extra pair we were initially told we would have to pay for them and ultimately they said they were out of slippers. The room only had one set of towels and, again, upon asking for extra towels (we were 3 persons), they were delivered in a condescending way and, on top of all, the extra towels they brought had hairs on them, smelled bad and seemed to be dirty/used. The food we ordered through room service was the worst we had during our stay in Colombia and it definitely wasn’t worth the price.
