The hotel itself is nice! The pool is clean and neat. The gym is petite but very useful and has just the right equipments. The breakfast is delicious and very healthy! The coffee is the best! The bed is super nice to sleep in and the staff is lovely! The best of all is that the Santa Fe Mall is right next to the hotel!!
I didn't like that they were a bit understaffed in the pool area due to the need of towels. And also the gym is very small and I wish the pool was open until more later in the night.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Fitness center was open for early morning hours. Hotel is located conveniently in Poblado area.
Pool area hours are limited and was closed most hours when we were at the hotel.

I really liked the friendly and helpful staff; they made the stay very pleasant... Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options
The Wi-Fi connection was slow and unstable in the room and The pool water was too cold; it could be better regulated.

Fantastic view, clean, safe and most of the staff were polite !
Hotel policies about going from one floor to another and the fact that no one can VISIT you unless you, even for couple of minutes unless you pay a ridiculously high amount compared to what you paid initially !!! We were a big group and some of our friends were staying in a different hotel a mile away and they couldn't visit us ... let alone some locals !
From this perspective horrible experience !
