Très bon hotel a Medellin.

Nous avons apprécié la cuisine individuelle. Accès à sa propre machine à laver. Appartement très spacieux et optimisé. La salle de sport était vraiment bien équipée. La piscine est très grande avec le mobilier. Quartier très calme et à proximité du centre de poblado ( provenza 15 minutes à pied ). Petit déjeuner très bon, fait par la chaîne smash avocado jusque 12h.

Le ménage n’est pas compris dans le prix initial et il faut prévenir la veille. L’appartement est top mais le prix reste un peu élevé.

La ubicación es muy buena, el staff súper amigable y servicial, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, el gimnasio y la piscina son un buen plus.

Ellos no pueden hacer mucho al respecto a esto, pero hay bastante ruido desde temnprano de una construcción cercana.

Comodo para ir de trabajo.

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de Provenza. El restaurant es buenísimo y con opciones super sanas, el gym super equipado y su staff es genial y dispuesto a complacerte en todo lo que necesitas.

Las habitaciones o apartamentos les falta algo de mantenimiento, persianas que no cierran, switches que no funcionan, bombillos que faltan por ejemplo, de resto todo bien. (en nuestro caso)

Pedí un secador de cabello y no me lo encontraron, tuve que explicarle que mi novia cumplía años y así si lograron ubicarme uno y resolver mi petición

Excellent facility for a short or long-term stay.

Clean, nice amenities, apartments are very nice with full kitchens and excellent supermarket nearby.

I liked everything, although if you’re looking for more nightlife you’ll need to get a ride-share or cab.

Cozy apartment and property with excellent staff!

Apartment was fully stocked. Rooftop pool and sauna were great. The staff was super awesome and attentive to all requests.

Clean building, nice swimming pool with great views, apartment equipped with everything you need during your stay.

Guy on reception was quite nonplussed when I checked and checked out. It’s not like a hotel where customer service is a priority, this felt as though less effort was required on their part. Not enough sun loungers by the pool if more than 4 people want to relax. There’s also a second roof which casts a shadow over the pool area at 4pm everyday which robs you of at least 2 - 4 hours of sunshine everyday. Shame as it’s a great pool but ruined slightly by the early cut off. Rooms in the pictures are made up and seem of amenities and although you have everything you need for a stay it feels quite barren. The sofa in mine was also the most uncomfortable one possible. Very low and sitting on it would have you sliding off constantly.

Great value for money!

Great value for money! Well appointed, spacious rooms, good rooftop gym and pool, responsive and friendly staff, great healthy menu on the hotel restaurant. Situated in quiet residential neighbourhood so there are good grocery stores and a mall within walking distance.

Exceptional and fully equipped

The apartment is fully equipped, we didn't expected to have oven, laundry machine, wine glasses and Netflix. One could work at the desktop in the room while the other stayed in the living, watching TV, cooking or resting in the balcony. I took some time off to enjoy the pool. We walked to do groceries and have some dinner at the closest mall. The cafe at the lobby is delicious. We stayed after the checkout with no problem at all, the staff keep our belongings till the time we left. The staff all over the place was very kind

Great staff, good location & size apts. with everything you need. Beds need major improvements.

The staff and location are wonderful. The overall amenities within the room and building are good. The beds in some apartments are very firm and in my opinion uncomfortable. The sofa and seating is some are great, others may look nice but are not very comfortable, hopefully they can fix the comfort issues to win back guests.

I have stayed here a few times and the last two times I had rooms with beds that were extremely uncomfortable and firm. Others I traveled with had similar experiences in other apartments. I am not sure if they recently changed the beds or if some apartments have better beds than others but it makes me question whether I would return given the already high cost and many other similar options.

Highly recommend

Great room, kitchenette had lots of equipment, great staff, fantastic gym. Didn’t use the pool. Rooms had everything you need. Mall with great supermarket and restaurants a few minutes away. More Bars and restaurants walkable distance but uphill on way back. Highly recommend

The staff was very friendlly. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

The exercise room needs air conditioning. The kitchen needs more towels. The room needs some washcloths. All of these except for the a/c are small things that would 't require much of an investment. Our biggest complaintbwhich unfortunately can't be changed, is the location. There weren't many restaurants closr and the subway was far away also.

Great stay close to Provenza

Great location and great service from the staff. I liked that they have a restaurant/cafe in the lobby. The property is real close to Provenza, about 4 minutes by car. I would stay here again

Perfect apartment, fully equipped!

The bed was great (big, soft, comfortable!), loved that we had our own kitchen and washing machine (fully equipped kitchen), toilets worked without having to throw away paper in the bin and the shower was good. Overall, very pleased!!

The couch is not too comfortable and when something is damaged they fix it, but a bit shabby. (Minor thing but in the long run something the hotel might want to take into account, makes it less chique)
